I cannot connect to my partner
Make sure you have a stable internet connection when inviting a partner, or when accepting an invite. When accepting an invite, make sure you are logging in with the correct email address. You can check your email address in the Profile section within the app. If you are still having issues, please contact us via the in-app feedback form.
Is it possible to create bad habits?
Yes. Select 'at most' instead of 'at least' for the amount when creating the habit. For the reward, choose 'if done less than X times', and for the punishment select either 'if done more than X times' or 'for every time'.
Is it possible to create one time tasks?
Yes. When creating the habit, select 'Custom' instead of 'Daily', then select the date when the task is due in the calendar.
Can I have multiple partners?
Yes. Users can add any number of dominants and/or submissives to their account. Each partner has their own separate set of habits, rewards, and punishments, and you can switch between them by tapping on your partner's name at the top center of the screen.
If I have multiple partners, can they see each other?
Each partner has their own separate set of habits, rewards, and punishments by default. If you have added multiple submissives, there is an option to let them see each other in the Partners page.
How do I use the app as a switch couple?
Add your partner as both a dominant and a submissive in the Partners section. You will both have separate sets of habits, rewards, and punishments, and can switch between them by tapping on your partner's name.
How do I change my role from dominant to submissive or vice versa?
The initial role choice is only relevant for the tutorial. You can add any number of submissive and/or dominant partners in the Partners page, regardless of the role you started with.
We live in different timezones. How do I configure my habits?
Each habit uses the timezone of the person who created it by default. When creating or editing a habit, you can select a different timezone. Habits are often set in the submissive's timezone.
How do I organize my habits into categories?
Long press on the habit, then press 'Choose category' to organize habits, rewards, or punishments into categories.
Can I buy a subscription for my partner as well?
Yes. You can do this on the Premium page by logging in with your own email and selecting who to buy the subscription for.
