It will help you create a structure that makes sense - where rewards and punishments are consequences of your actions and further impact your growth.Then, we encourage you to transfer your setup to Obedience for easy tracking and connection with your partner. You can also schedule notifications that will remind you to complete your tasks.

When you start using Obedience for the first time, you will be shown the app's basic functionalities in our in-app tutorial. If you need more guidance, you can always refer to the Tutorials page on our website or open a support ticket - we are happy to help!
Lastly, you actually don’t have to set anything up yourself - you can import one of our readily available templates. Alternatively, our Premium users gain access to the Obedience Discord server where our community members have a dedicated space to share their templates. Just tap on the template link of a fellow kinkster, click “Import” and your Obedience is set up!
